Great book for advancing drying/curing/smoking skills

Great book with practical advice and procedures to do your own curing, drying and smoking. The recipes I've made so far are excellent and it gives great advice on experimenting and adding to the recipe. Easy to read and great pictures that add to understanding the process. Which also makes a great visually looking book.
